Frequently Asked Questions about Tuition and Costs
Horace Mann has a strong commitment to providing Financial Aid to students who could not otherwise attend. All Financial Aid is based on need; no merit scholarships are awarded. For the 2017-2018 academic year, 16% of the students receive more than $10,600,000 in Financial Aid.Admission to Horace Mann is need-blind.
Applicants are evaluated without regard to a request for Aid. However, because we often admit more students that require Aid than we are able to fund, admitted students do not always receive Aid even if they qualify.
