Christine Moloney (she/her/hers)

Director of ICIE

Christine Moloney earned her masters degrees in psychological counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University and a BA in Animal Science and Education from Cornell University. In all aspects of her work, Christine uses psychological and pedagogical frameworks, skilled group facilitation, and a lively sense of humor to help administrators, faculty, staff, caregivers, and students learn and grow. As a multiracial immigrant, helping to make communities stronger is a heartfelt and endless passion for Christine.

Natalie Sánchez (she/her/hers)

Associate Director of ICIE

Natalie Sánchez holds an MSEd in School Counseling from Hunter College and a BA in Hispanic Studies and Cultural Anthropology from Hamilton College. Before joining the HM community she worked with various institutions supporting and developing equity and inclusion and experiential learning initiatives. Her professional work has focused on community engagement, activism, cultural competency, educational access, academic excellence, and how they intersect with equity and inclusion.

Erikka Ramkishun (she/her/hers)

Office Manager of ICIE

Erikka Ramkishun earned her Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies, with a concentration in multicultural literature, from SUNY Empire State College. She spent several years in the corporate world before changing industries and working in the education sector. While working at an independent school, Erikka connected her passion for diversity and inclusion with her purpose. She supports sustainable measures that create strong and inclusive communities for everyone. Along with her professionalism, Erikka brings her experience as a SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) facilitator, creativity, and empathy to the HM community.
