Varsity Table Tennis Wins ISTTL Championship for Sixth Year in a Row
For the sixth year in a row, Varsity Table Tennis won the Independent Schools Table Tennis League (ISTTL) Championship. As the #2 seed, the Lions defeated Ethical Culture Fieldston School with a score of 4-1 in the finals. The postseason victory capped off a tremendous season, as the team finished with an 11-2 record during league play.
Individually, the team celebrated two standout players.
- Lennon ’28 was awarded First Team All-League as our first singles player. Lennon, impressively, won his last five matches of the season.
- Vihaan ’27 was awarded Second Team All-League and had a record 12-1 this season.
The Varsity Table Tennis team was led by Head Coach Caroline Surhoff during its exciting 2025-26 season.
