Horace Mann Internship Program 2021
The Horace Mann School Summer Internship Program is administered by the Alumni & Development Office and is open to all HM Upper Division students and college-age alumni. It provides our current and former students with the opportunity to apply for summer internships offered by parents, alumni, and friends of the school. Opportunities have been provided in a wide range of fields including law, medicine, finance, publishing, theater, fashion, public relations, government, etc. The hours and the duration of the internship are determined by the sponsor. The positions may be paid or unpaid, depending on the type of opportunity and work required. Companies, large and small, as well as individuals, non-profits, and government agencies offer jobs or learning experiences.
As you know, Horace Mann students are bright, motivated and conscientious individuals who are accustomed to doing their best when assigned responsibility. Sponsors have shown their satisfaction by offering positions to students year after year! To submit your position for consideration, please complete the form below.
PROGRAM UPDATE: FEBRUARY 2021
The application process for 2021 Summer Internships has been deferred until the spring. Many of our traditional employers continue to work remotely and are unable to commit to providing a position for this summer. While we hope that we will be able to offer a number of exciting opportunities, we know that number will be much smaller than previous years. At this time, we encourage all students to independently seek employment opportunities for the Summer of 2021.
If you would like more information on providing a summer internship or you're ready to offer a position, please submit the sponsor form below and we will reach out to confirm the details.
