When Pfizer Inc. and Germany's BioNTech announced on November 9, 2020, that they were one step closer to developing a COVID-19 vaccine, HM alum Dr. Mace Rothenberg '74 illuminated the public on this internationally important breakthrough.

HM alumni Sabrina Hahn ’10 and Justin Lubliner ’08 were recognized among an outstanding group of young leaders by Forbes magazine, when it announced its 2021 “30 Under 30” honorees.
Marsha Hunt, Class of '34: Still a Star at Age 103
“Marsha Hunt’s Sweet Adversity,” a documentary that premiered on Turner Classic Movies on December 11, 2020, tells the story about Horace Mann School for Girls graduate Marsha Hunt ’34, a young actress who was discovered in Hollywood in 1935 at age 17 and went on to make an astounding 54 films in 17 years for Paramount and MGM before being unfairly blacklisted.
