People of Color Conference (PoCC) 2024 Grants
The National Association of Independent Schools People of Color Conference (PoCC) is a national conference for People of Color and allies. Horace Mann considers this conference an affinity space for People of Color. Any HM employee of color, regardless of job title, is invited annually to apply to attend the NAIS People of Color Conference.
Conference participation is contingent upon the people who apply and the total number of applicants. Individuals must meet the requirements listed in the HM NAIS PoCC Application.
- Covered expenses: conference registration, hotel, air/ground transportation, meals (approximately $3,000 depending on conference location)
- Dates: Wednesday, December 4, 2024 – Saturday, December 7, 2024
