Tech Help for Students

Students who need help regarding a specific assignment should first contact their teacher.

If they are having a general iPad issue, they should contact Ms. Parets in the Technology Department. Ms. Parets has office hours in the Middle Division, Mondays and Thursdays during both D & E periods (lunch) in room 225P (across from the Academic Center). Students are welcome to drop by with or without an appointment. For more urgent needs, they can email Ms. Parets at cassandra_parets@horacemann.org

To request their Google/Haiku, FirstClass or Network/HM Academic password reset, they can fill out this form. Their password will typically be reset within 24 hours.
