Google Drive & Google Docs
Google Drive is STORAGE. This app lets students store and share any kind of files (video, images, documents, PDF’s, spreadsheets, audio, slides, etc.) that can be accessed on any computer or iPad with an internet connection. Folders and documents are accessible from any Mac or PC by going to https://drive.google.com, which means students can also work on files at any time from a computer. This is also where students access Google Docs.
Google Docs is CREATION. This app lets students create documents. It works very similarly to Word or Pages. Google Docs are stored in Google Drive.
